DATA CONTROLLER. The Data Controller is Villa Bricco dei Cogni of BRICCO DEI COGNI S.N.C. – Bricco Cogni 39 – 12064 La Morra (CN).
DESCRIPTION OF PROCESSING. Processing of data from users who request information through the website.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS. Please note that processing will be carried out for the following purposes:

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT WITH THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY. The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS. At any time, the rights of access to personal data, rectification or erasure thereof, restriction of processing, objection, and portability pursuant to Articles 15-20 of European Regulation 679/2016 may be exercised by sending an email request to info@briccodeicogni.it. The exercise of the data subject’s rights may be delayed, limited, or excluded in the cases provided for by art. 2-undecies Legislative Decree 196/03
RIGHT TO OBJECT. At any time, the right to object may be exercised, for reasons related to the particular situation of the Data Subject, to the processing of personal data concerning them, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f) GDPR. With regard to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning them carried out for such purposes, including profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing, by sending an email request to info@briccodeicogni.it.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT. The data subject has the right to withdraw their consent at any time by submitting a request to that effect via email to info@briccodeicogni.it; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before such withdrawal.
EXISTENCE OF AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING. Processing does NOT involve automated decision-making.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION. The Data Controller will not systematically transfer personal data to a third country or international organization.
