Villa Bricco dei Cogni is an elegant country manor in a stunning, peaceful panoramic position, overlooking the hills of precious vineyards that produce high-quality Barolo wines, just a few kilometers from the Royal Estate of Pollenzo and the renowned University of Gastronomic Sciences.
It is a perfect destination in the wine landscape, both for its strategic location just a few kilometers from the historic and famous sites of the Langhe, and for the special, somewhat Anglo-Saxon hospitality of the Bollano family. A Country House with the warm colors typical of this corner of Langa, reflecting a refined balance between the memory of the place and the cosmopolitan lifestyle of the owners.
The atmosphere is particularly warm and pleasant; the romantic rooms of the main Villa and the apartments in the Dependance—a recently renovated 17th-century structure in the property’s garden—are furnished with period pieces and antiques collected with love and expertise, in a measured and elegant eclecticism.
The project was born in the early 2000s from Claudia and Livio Bollano’s desire to renovate the family home to create a perfect setting for welcoming guests as if they were friends, recommending the area’s excellence, from great wines to food and culture.
In other words, to fulfill everything they themselves would have wanted to experience during their frequent travels—a desire that takes shape in the great ambition of providing not just overnight accommodation, but everything that can make a stay unforgettable.
A “Luxury of the Heart,” as a dear guest aptly defined it, which will then be hard to give up.
